Introduction
The Low-E glass is produced by plating a nanometer-level silver layer on the excellent quality float glass, by means of vacuum magnetron sputtering. It allows the suns heat and light to pass through the glass into the building. At the same time it blocks heat from leaving the room, reducing heat loss considerably. It may reduce the emission of the glass from 0.84 to 0.1, the radiant heat waste may be reduced by 90%.
Product Characteristics
The Low-E glass is able to reflect the far infrared heat energy, compared with the normal coated glass it allows the highly visible light to transmit, as well as a low outward reflection. If it is made to insulating glass, it can make an economy air condition expense in summer and saving the heating cost in winter, which results in an energy saving. The Low-E glass can only be made into combined products and has a good performance of soundproof.
